These projects are some of my favorite creative challenges to wrestle with. My process starts with curiosity. I feel a responsibility to understand the subject matter as well as the author (or get close), which allows me find an image or visual metaphor that does justice to the original work. I’m naturally a visual thinker, so this feels a bit like sharing my own internal language.
